If you are considering purchasing a new home, or moving to a new area, there are resources available to help you through the process. Once you have moved, there are also some other considerations to remember, such as updating your address with the University.

Moving and the Home Buying Assistance

Whether you are new to the home buying experience or have bought a home before, the process of buying a new home can be daunting.

Through our partnership with TIAA, the University has engaged the services Sterling Lexicon, an independent relocation resource. This service provides comprehensive relocation services including selling your existing home, finding a new home, and moving your household goods. Benefits include:

In addition, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), through Health Advocate, is available to provide counseling on a wide variety of work-life topics and is available to eligible employees, their spouses/spousal equivalents, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law. Simply call 866-799-2728 (toll-free) to talk to a counselor, or go to the Health Advocate website. The program is available 24/7.
