Bucknell University provides a variety of policies and procedures designed to help staff experience a professional, productive, respectful, rewarding, safe and enjoyable work environment.  
 
The University Staff Handbook includes an overview of key workplace guidelines procedures and other information to help provide clear and consistent expectations for workplace behavior, compliance and culture.
 
The staff Hours of Work Policy provides a framework to outline and define a number of provisions specifically related to working hours, schedules, and pay practices including overtime pay, holiday pay and other premium pay situations.
 
The Policies and Procedures page details key University policies for staff regarding important topics from campus constituents including, but not limited to Library & Information Technology, Environmental Health and Safety, Human Resources, Payroll, and the Provost’s Office.
