B-Swipes is a pilot program that allows students in need of food assistance to request additional meal swipes for entry into Bostwick Marketplace. Students with demonstrated need may receive up to three meals per week during the fall and spring semesters.
Since the program began in fall 2020, the meal swipes used in the B-Swipes program have been donated by Parkhurst Dining. Students can now donate their unused guest passes to the program. Two guest passes are included with all swipe meal plans. If you would like to donate your unused guest passes, you can do so through the GET app.
With the exception of guest passes, all related swipes are meant to be used exclusively by that student during the semester that the plan was purchased. Guest passes are eligible to be donated because they are not designated solely for an individual student's use. Other swipes are not open-ended or transferable, and are priced accordingly. Dining Dollars, Campus Dollars and Plus Dollars are not eligible for donation.
Please note that B-Swipes is not meant to be a full meal plan or replace the meal plans offered through the University dining program.
