Benefits–eligible employees are eligible to participate in the Be Well Wellness Program. Build healthy habits by completing activities and get rewarded for your efforts.

Here’s how it works:

• Choose healthy activities you want to complete
• Each completed activity is worth a designated amount of points
• Earn 125 points or more and be rewarded

Points level structure and rewards system*:

*Participants are only eligible to receive the incentive for the highest level achieved.
