Employment Opportunities

Our program develops nearly 200 academic peer educators each year for work as study group facilitators, math help session leaders, and one-on-one tutors.

These educators follow a professional development curriculum based on the International Tutor Training Program Certification (ITTPC) standards for excellent college tutor training programs around the globe. Peer educators are coached through content, skills, and behaviors to build skills for the core competencies of their jobs. Much of the training is designed and delivered by a Student Leadership Team made up of their peers.

Applications open in Workday about 4-6 weeks before the end of a semester for work the following semester. To join our staff, students must either be nominated by or have a recommendation from at least one professor in the relevant content area.
