Recruitment Management System


Bucknell uses a single recruitment system for all faculty and staff searches. Access Jobs@Bucknell for the following recruitment actions:

  • Request a new position
  • Fill a vacant position
  • Request changes to an existing position (i.e. increase hours, change status, etc.)
  • View your position description and those of your team (if you are in a supervisory position)

How-to guides for the Jobs@Bucknell system can be found here. These guides cover topics including reviewing applicants, updating position descriptions, creating a requisition, etc. Guides are role-based, so if you have any questions about your role or permissions in the system, please contact your Recruitment Consultant.
